Residents and visitors alike appreciate Woodgate for its quiet, easy lifestyle. Surrounded by the Burrum Coast National Park and Great Sandy Marine Park, our town is a natural paradise.

Our population of 1,165 (Census, 2016) enjoys an energetic social scene and plenty of opportunity to join in community activities.

Like many small towns, the attraction is the slower pace, no crowds, less traffic. Many residents holidayed in Woodgate before deciding to retire here or take up a “seachange”.
